As soon as you take it out of the packaging, I swear you can smell the difference between this meat and the stuff I get from even higher end grocery stores like Central Market. My favorite cut that I’ve tried so far was their hanger steak. The texture was soft without being flabby, and the taste was so clean. Almost tasted like bison, which was unexpectedly delightful. You can taste the care that they put into raising their herd.”

“Great family and great steaks! We cooked some Henderson Beef steaks tonight and we all agree, best we have had in a long time. Two of us in the house only eat filets, however they recommended us try their flat iron steak. I was skeptical, but it was AMAZING! Very tender and full of flavor. We may never eat filets again!!
