We are Toby and Amy Henderson — a third-generation ranching family raising cattle in Seymour, Texas. Toby grew up in the business working alongside his dad and grandpa, and today he and Amy run it together.

Toby's parents, Frank and Karen, are our partners in Henderson Red Angus, our registered Red Angus operation that sells breeding stock to cattle producers across the region. That same genetics program is where every Henderson Beef animal starts.

We launched Henderson Beef in 2020, and every calf we raise comes from our own Henderson Red Angus herd — so we know the genetics behind every animal before it's even born. From there, it's a family affair. Fixing fences, filling water troughs, feeding, breeding — our kids are part of it too. It takes a team.

That kind of control, from genetics all the way through processing, is what lets us offer cuts you won't find at a typical grocery store. We're passionate about the beef we raise and love meeting the people who buy it.

We deliver within a 150-mile radius and do local meetups in Seymour, TX.
