We are Toby and Amy Henderson. Toby is a third generation Rancher and works along with his wife Amy. Toby has raised cattle with his dad and grandpa throughout his whole life. We are also partners in Henderson Red Angus which is co-owned with Toby's folks, Frank and Karen. Henderson Red Angus raises registered Red Angus cattle to sell breeding stock to other cattle producers.

We started Henderson Beef in 2020 and purchased calves from Henderson Red Angus. These cattle are raised and fed out with the help of our children. Raising cattle is a family affair. From fixing fences, water troughs, treating and breeding… it takes a team. We take pride in producing high quality products for our customers. We offer many cuts that are not typically found at local grocery stores. We are passionate about the beef we offer and love meeting with customers. We deliver within a 150-mile radius and do local meet ups in Seymour TX.
